People are wondering as to how much ‘extended’ ‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7 Finale will be. While millions and millions of the fans of the American horror drama will be happy to know that the finale will be rather ‘very’ long, they are wondering as to how long it will be.
Many people missed the announcer saying that the next week’s episode, the Season 7 finale, will be longer than the usual episode of this supremely popular program. Now everyone is trying to decipher as to how long the extended finale will be.
But if you happen to see the show’s listing on TV Guide –and believe me it is not that difficult to put your hands at it – next week’s episode will have 25 extra minutes than the usual episode of ‘The Walking Dead’. This means that the finale will be an hour-and-a-half long.
There is no denying that ever since the season’s launch of ‘The Walking Dead’ it has been extremely popular with the television viewers. A report claims that every episode of this season has been watched by at least 10 million viewers in the U.S., and the premiere was watched by 17.03 million. This is a big jump over Season 6, which had a max viewership of a little over 14 million.
Developed for television by Frank Darabont, the series is based on the eponymous series of comic books by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. The executive producers are Kirkman, David Alpert, Scott M. Gimple, Greg Nicotero, Tom Luse, and Gale Anne Hurd, with Gimple as showrunner for the fourth consecutive season.
