This is indeed a unique case of its kind and if a verdict comes in favor of the person making allegation, it will put almost every celebrity in the line of fire. A harmless sounding word, in the eye of constant efforts of intrusion by media and common fans, may force the celebrity to pay huge sums of money to the person making allegations.
A latest report suggests that a fan has sued renowned comedian Kevin Hart. Comedian’s fan claims that the comedian’s security beat him to a pulp, threatened to taze him and called him a “bitch, pussy, coward.”
The person claims that during a concert on August 29, 2015, he was an invited VIP guest at Kevin’s Philadelphia concert. He says that the he was “aggressively approached and detained by stadium security.”
There is no denying that Hart, born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is on an upswing. The comedian, who began his career by winning several amateur comedy competitions at clubs throughout New England, got his first real break in 2001 when he was cast by Judd Apatow for a recurring role on the TV series Undeclared. The series lasted only one season, but he soon landed other roles in movies like Paper Soldiers, Scary Movie 3, Soul Plane, In the Mix, and Little Fockers.
But these films were only a stepping stone for him. His comedic reputation continued to grow with the release of his first stand-up album I’m a Grown Little Man, and performances in the films Think Like a Man, Grudge Match, Ride Along and its sequel Ride Along 2, About Last Night, Get Hard, Central Intelligence, and The Secret Life of Pets. He also released four more comedy albums, Seriously Funny in 2010, Laugh at My Pain in 2011, Let Me Explain in 2013, and What Now? in 2016. In 2015, Time Magazine named Hart one of the 100 most influential people in the world on the annual Time 100 list.
Reports suggest the man, Jay Collins, claims that stadium security handed him over to Kevin’s personal security. Kevin’s security, he claims, threatened to taze him and then jammed the prongs of the tazer into his face, neck and back.
Hart is married top Eniko Parrish. They got married on August 13, 2016 and are expecting their first child, a boy, together. CelebrityNetWorth says the comedian is worth around $120 million.
