How to watch UFC 209 tonight – Fight card, start time, online results and live streaming details

LAS VEGAS — An interim lightweight championship fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson has been called off after Nurmagomedov was hospitalized Thursday evening.

Nurmagomedov, 28, was taken to a hospital for medical complications suffered during his weight cut. The 155-pound title fight was supposed to co-headline UFC 209 on Saturday at T-Mobile Arena.

“UFC lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov was transported to Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center Thursday evening due to weight management medical issues,” a UFC statement read. “He was treated and has been discharged.”

The co-main event between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson has been called off following the hospitalization of Khabib Nurmagomedov. UFC boss Dana White has said that the entire UFC 209 will go ahead with a minor difference. It will be held without the much talked about Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Tony Ferguson fight.

The 28-year old fighter from Dagestan, Russia was hospitalized for medical complications that the fighter suffered during his weight cut. In the meantime, a formidable UFC face, Rashad Evans, is set to make his debut at middleweight after having his fight at UFC 205 canceled with the New York State Athletic Commission refusing to give him a license. Rashad Evans is all set to fight Daniel Kelly.

On the other hand, Alistair Overeem vs. Mark Hunt in the heavyweight division fight is going to be big on many UFC fan’s radar.
