Driss Oubakir has been identified as one of the top Barcelona terror attack suspects. At least 13 people lost their lives when this devil called Driss Oubakir plowed a white vehicle into a crowded street at Las Ramblas in Barcelona, Italy.
Terrorist attacks with harmless looking cars have become so common that it is very hard to discern if the vehicle coming from the opposite side is a harmless mode of transport or a terrorist device.
Merely a few days ago there was a terrorist attack in Charlottesville on protesters who were there against a rally of White supremacists. A woman, Heather Heyer lost her life while 19 others sustained grievous injuries. Many of them are still struggling for their lives in different hospitals.
In the meantime Barcelona police have named Driss Oukabir as the top suspected of involvement in the Las Ramblas terrorist attack. 28-year old Driss Oukabir is said to be living in the town of Ripoll, around 50 miles from Barcelona. He had apparently fled the scene after driving the car into the crowd of tourists.
He is said to have born in France’s second city, Marseille. The van that he used to attack innocent people, oblivious of his hate and intent didn’t own the vehicle. Officials claim that he had rented the white van used to mow down pedestrians in the centre of the Spanish city.
El Pais newspaper says, “The van used in the attack was rented by Driss Oukabir, in the town of Santa Perpetua de la Mogada, according to the identification made by the Civil Guard.” It is not clear if Driss Oukabir was the perpetrator of the attack but police do know that he is the one who rented the van and they have him in custody. According to Oukabir’s Facebook page, he goes by the name, “Driss Oukabir Soprano” and said that he lives in Marseilles, France.
His page says he is in a relationship. Spanish and French reporters identified the page as that of Driss Oukabir, the Barcelona suspect. His page on Facebook remained live a few hours after the incident but was reportedly pulled down by Facebook when hate message strted pouring into his home page. It was reported that there were two suspects at the scene, and that still appears to be true preliminarily, although reports in these situations are often fluid and conflicting in the beginning. News has now broken that a second suspect was shot by police.

In the meantime Donald Trump has once again revived his hate Islam project. in a tweet after the terrorist attack in Barcelona he said, “Study what General Pershing of the United States did to terrorists when caught. There was no more Radical Islamic Terror for 35 years!”
In the course of an election rally in the run up to presidential election he had said the same thing. “They were having terrorism problems, just like we do. And he caught 50 terrorists who did tremendous damage and killed many people. And he took the 50 terrorists, and he took 50 men and he dipped 50 bullets in pigs’ blood — you heard that, right? He took 50 bullets, and he dipped them in pigs’ blood. And he had his men load his rifles, and he lined up the 50 people, and they shot 49 of those people. And the 50th person, he said: You go back to your people, and you tell them what happened. And for 25 years, there wasn’t a problem. Okay? Twenty-five years, there wasn’t a problem” said Trump.
In the meantime his Facebook page gave an insight into his thinking. The Facebook page in the name of Driss Oukabir had a a video that spoke of a global Jewish conspiracy to take over the world that contains overt Nazi imagery. This is something very common among extremist Muslims. even alt-right and White supremacists too think on the same lines.
In the meantime, reports suggest that the 28-year old man was located in a restaurant after the attack. TeleCinco, a Spanish language site said, “This individual would be one of those found inside a restaurant near La Boqueria. According to his profile in social networks, this young man is called Driss Oukabir, although at the moment his nationality is unknown. With him would be another person, who was also inside the van during the attack, but at the moment its identity is not known.” However, El Pais reported later that the suspect is of Maghreb origin, which means a person of North African origin.
