Washington D.C. – Bryan Moles, who was taken into custody earlier today was accused of keeping guns and other ammo in his car parked outside Trump International Hotel. He was reportedly staying in the same hotel in Washington D.C.
The man who originally hails from Pennsylvania has reportedly been arrested. The authorities reportedly panicked with unearthing of guns and ammo inside a parked car in the heart of the capital.
The guns wouldn’t have been discovered, had the 43-year old man not kept openly in his car. Officials claim that Bryan Moles of Edinboro, Pennsylvania had inadvertently kept the gun for everyone to see in the car. The panicked police when were alerted about the gun in the car, they searched the vehicle and found located another gun in the glove compartment and 90 rounds of ammo.
An ABCNews report claims that the man told someone about the guns in his car and that person alerted police. Reports suggest that the middle-aged man is military veteran and suffers from PTSD and that he stayed at the hotel because he likes President Trump. It’s unclear if he posed any threat.
In a statement issued after unearthing of the ammunition, Trump Hotel said, “We take the safety and security of guests very seriously. It is our first priority…This morning, the authorities arrested a guest who was behaving suspiciously. The matter is under investigation therefore it would be inappropriate for us to provide additional details. Please refer your inquiry to the investigating authorities.”
The police report is pretty brief, but it does describe what police allegedly found in Moles’ car.
The police report about the finding of the ammo is rather brief. “On the listed date…members of the First District received information that S-1 would have possession of the listed firearms…While on scene officers observed the listed firearm in plain view in S-1’s vehicle with a secondary firearm located S-1’s glove box. S-1 was placed under arrest and charged with Carrying a Pistol without a License CPWL and transported to the First District for processing” the report said. The list of ammo includes a Glock, Carbin 15 Bushmaster, ammo, and .223. ABC7 reported that one weapon found was an assault rifle, and Moles allegedly had 90 rounds of ammo.
