Bill Paxton’s love for his wife, Louise Newbury, was legendary. Everyone in his friend circle knew about how the two fell in love on a London bus.
Now when the ‘Alien’ and the ‘Titanic’ star passed away, all of a sudden, the woman who lived with him as his wife for 30 long years is in focus. She was with him almost everywhere, despite keeping a rather low profile.
The two have two children together. While their 23-year old son James Paxton is a budding actor, their 19-year old daughter Lydia is still in college. The ‘Alien’ star and Louise got married in 1987. Earlier this month, the actor revealed the romantic moment he met Louise whilst filming in London in 1983 on James Corden’s The Late Late Show.
In an interview with the Bustle, while describing how he met his wife, Paxton said, “I met my wife on the number 37 bus on the Twickenham High Street, in London…I saw a gal in a bus queue… She looks my way as she gets on the bus, and that was all the incentive I needed.”
Bill Paxton cause of death was post heart surgery complications.
Blessings to Bill Paxton's wife, children, and friends. A Hollywood talent & nice guy who left us too soon. pic.twitter.com/DQTuvPguaV
