As the nation celebrates Armed Forces Day 2017 today, people need to remember the bravery wtih whcih our soldiers have protected the nation. We must be thankful to our soldiers for keeping the nation safe.
Any evil force, looking towards us, is dealt with an iron hand by the armed forces that seem to never take rest. On this special day we we celebrate all five military branches be it Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
All the five branches of US Armed forces have done the nation proud. They not jsut help in fighting off the enemies, but also taking care of the nation whenever the need arise.
It must be kept in mind that the Armed Forces Day comes immediately after Armed Forces Week. This means we are celebrating the Armed Forces and their contribution in safety and security of the nation and its interests around the world for the last one week. Armed Forces Week begins the second Saturday of May and ends on the third Sunday of May.
Psalms 18:31-36 For who is God, but the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God?—the God who equipped me with strength and made my way blameless. He made my feet like the feet of a deer and set me secure on the heights. He trains my hands for war, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You have given me the shield of your salvation, and your right hand supported me, and your gentleness made me great. You gave a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip.
